44. Nothing within these Terms shall transfer any ownership rights or other forms of right over our properties; those held by us will not be compromised under our operating conditions.

Limitation of Liability

45. We disclaim all liability for loss, damage, costs, and expenses arising from unauthorized use of your account details (passwords or logins) due to inadequate security measures.
46. In no circumstances may the aggregate amount payable in respect of any claim by you against us exceed 10 times your last recorded deposit with our platform.

Modification of Terms

47. We reserve the right at all times and without notice to change, delete or add to these Terms & Conditions where necessary; please be aware that you accept liability for being informed about changes which become operative after becoming effective.
48. Where a version is more lenient than its original then it will not apply retroactively.

If a dispute arises between us regarding these Terms & Conditions, it will be governed exclusively by the laws of Canada.
